Brad Howard Brad was a member of Rotary International’s Board of Directors from 2015-2017 and just completed a three-year term as chair of Rotary’s Communication Committee. In addition, since 2011 he has served multiple years on Rotary’s membership committee. Brad’s Rotary passion is taking people overseas to experience Rotary. Over the past 20 years, he has lead 33 trips to Sub-Saharan West Africa and India, with more than 1,600 people, to participate in Polio national immunisation days. He is from the Rotary Club of Oakland Uptown, Oakland, California. Professionally, he is president of Howard Tours and Managing Director of Howard Properties.
